Winkelcentrum en woningbouw<\/span><\/h2>
<\/div>[vc_column_text text_style=”subtitle”]Marco Polo is een ontwerp- en bouwproject in Luxemburg, onder leiding van CIT BLATON. Het Marco Polo-complex is gelegen in het centrum van Esch-sur-Alzette, een grote commerci\u00eble zone in het zuiden van het Groothertogdom Luxemburg.<\/p>\n

Het project bestrijkt een gebied van ongeveer 21.000 m2 en 7 verdiepingen. Het behelst winkelruimten en 80 woningen.<\/p>\n

CIT Blaton was belast met het bouwbeheer en de financiering en besteedde de uitvoering van de werken uit aan CBL, haar Luxemburgse dochteronderneming.<\/p>\n

Het project maakt deel uit van de ontwikkeling van de buurt rond het gemeentehuisplein en het nieuwe Hof van Justitie. De stadsplanning werd toevertrouwd aan Jim Clemes Architects.
