<\/div>[vc_column_text text_style=\u00a0\u00bbsubtitle\u00a0\u00bb]Marco Polo est un projet de promotion immobili\u00e8re d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au Grand-Duch\u00e9 de Luxembourg par CIT Blaton selon l\u2019approche Design & Build. Le complexe Marco Polo se dresse dans le centre de Esch-sur-Alzette, un p\u00f4le commercial important situ\u00e9 dans le sud du Grand-Duch\u00e9 de Luxembourg.<\/p>\n

Le projet s\u2019\u00e9tend sur une surface d\u2019environ 21 000 m2 r\u00e9partis sur sept niveaux d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux activit\u00e9s commerciales ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 80 logements.<\/p>\n

CIT Blaton a assur\u00e9 la gestion de la construction ainsi que le financement et a confi\u00e9 la r\u00e9alisation des travaux \u00e0 CBL, sa filiale luxembourgeoise.<\/p>\n

Le projet s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du quartier situ\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la place de l\u2019h\u00f4tel de ville et de la nouvelle Cour de justice. L\u2019aspect urbanistique a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9 \u00e0 Jim Clemes Architects.
